2. Cancellations: Clients may cancel service requests before work begins. In such cases, refunds may be processed after deducting administrative charges.

3. Exceptional Refunds: If services cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances from our side, a full or partial refund will be provided.

4. Payment Disputes: Any issues related to billing must be reported within 7 working days for resolution.
